Yes. Only the plan author needs a Plus subscription. You can share your drawing either publicly (it appears in the Gallery) or via a private link. Anyone who has access to the drawing — family, contractor, architect — can view it in 3D or VR, without needing their own Plus subscription.

For most people, no — and the type of VR SimpleDraw offers is about as comfortable as it gets. Motion sickness in VR is mainly caused by fast movement and rapid rotation, which is common in action games but has nothing to do with walking through a floor plan. SimpleDraw uses snap turns (a quick cut rather than a smooth rotation) and fade transitions, which are the standard techniques for reducing discomfort. A visible environment around you — not just close walls — also helps your brain stay oriented. If the virtual space is small enough to walk around physically, doing so is the most comfortable option of all, since your body and your eyes agree on every movement. If you are new to VR, keep your first session short — 10 to 15 minutes is plenty to get a feel for the space — and take a break if you feel any discomfort. The vast majority of people find a slow, purposeful architectural walkthrough completely fine.
