Trace over the walls, doors and windows of your existing drawings, to create a clean, accurate, to-scale floor plan that you can then view in 3D or VR.
Or add annotations to your existing drawings, like the positions of light switches, electrical outlets etc.
SimpleDraw Plus supports image uploads in PNG, JPG and WEBP formats. If you have a PDF
floor plan — from an architect, surveyor, or real estate listing — you'll need to
convert it to an image first. We provide a link to a free online PDF-to-image
converter when you try to upload a PDF, so it's a quick extra step rather than a
dead end. Once converted, you can upload the image and trace directly over it in
SimpleDraw
Not yet — image tracing in SimpleDraw is a manual process. You upload an image as a background layer and trace over
it yourself using SimpleDraw's drawing tools, placing walls, doors and windows with precision. This gives you full control over the result, which automatic tracing tools often struggle to deliver accurately.
AI-assisted tracing is something we're actively researching for a future update. Image upload requires a SimpleDraw Plus subscription.

sideloading, no setup. It works directly in your browser using WebXR, and is
compatible with Meta Quest 2, 3 and Pro, and most other WebXR-compatible headsets.
VR Walkthrough is available with a SimpleDraw Plus subscription ($10/year).
SimpleDraw VR should work with any WebXR-compatible headset, including Apple Vision Pro, HTC Vive, and most PCVR headsets.
One-click access to VR works for Meta Quest and PCVR headsets. For other devices, you'll need to copy & paste a URL into your browser.
At this stage our testing has been mostly focused on the Meta Quest 2, 3 and Pro.
